To cross Caspian Sea till Bynio

I look at my passport, already was stamped and I was inside the ferry looking at Baku which started being illuminated by all those colorful lights. There was some kind of peace again in my heart and such a joy and excitement for the journey I had a head to cross Caspian. I love sea, I love ocean and I really love endless horizon and now I was going to cross the Caspian where I could have endless horizon at least for 24 hours. The ship left port at 1am..I chose a nice cabin which had a window to the sea with nothing in between to disturb my view. I can even sleep in the stable but if I have a chance to be in a nice place I just try to be in a perfect place. I spent most of the time outside looking at the sea, for me it was like a chance and I had to enjoy every single moment.

Planting tree with kids in Baku...(organized by valunteers who are from forign countries)

In Baku it was hard for me to find a place to do my project with kids. Even Iranian cultural center couldn’t make it for students as they are having exams season going on. I was trying to find a way to make it but to be honest I couldn’t. on Wednesday I went to Uzbekistan embassy to apply for visa, they asked me for a letter from Iran’s embassy and it caused me to visit Iran’s embassy. While I was waiting for my letter I met 2 girls ..

Baku

I arrived to Baku in the afternoon but I had to wait for 2-3 hours for Jamil ( A person from CS who I was going to stay with him) to come back home. I cycled a bit around the city. A very beautiful and well decorated city which honestly I didn’t have an impression for that like something I could say wow!! I remember when I arrived to Tbilisi I just said Wow but Baku even though is more clean, better decorated and looks like much nicer didn’t makes me say Wow. I don’t know what was the reason I didn’t have that deep feeling for the city. Anyway it can have many reasons which here is not a place I can discuss about it. Jamil called me ...

Birmai, where I could talk with my frriends on my Iranian mobile...

That day was the day I could get close to the Iran’s land next to Aras river. It could be a place for me to hear my friends on the phone and was enough to have that big joy and to be in hurry. from 30km before that Birmai ( the village next to Parsabad in Iran) I put my sim card for my Iranian mobile and I kept checking it every 2-3 km to see if it has antenna or not. I sent a sms to my brother telling him my phone might get service. I left the sms to go as soon as I have antenna and I just kept checking it every 2-3km.

Balakan to Birmai...

I was again on the road…it was my 4th day of cycling after Tbilisi.

there was no rain anymore, sounds great and I think it was my last rain till the next rain season which I am not sure where it would be. May be in china…? Who knows?

I was cycling in a road between mountains and the fields which was so green and after that heavy rain it was so fresh as well enjoying the sounds of birds.
Actually it was time to start discovering Azeri culture ...

I have been in Tehran for a long time which is absolutely not my style. It is getting too much and I am ready to leave now.
I should start standing on my own feet and move on to create something. Hardly I can create something while I am stuck somewhere.
Tonight I am going to pack to stat cycling through Iran.
