Last days of cycling in Iran was quite tough. I was going through Kurdistan pprovince which is very famous for it scold and snowy winters.
As I was willing to have real winter and enjoy beauty of snow and coldness, I decided to
cycle through Kurdistan province.
Lots of mountains and few high passes and of course lots of snow.
Many people on the road were asking me to change my mind and stop or chose another route, but I was quite sure doing so.
Just 10 km before a pass called Jhalaneh pass ( 2800 m ) I faced storm.
A car stopped and took me to the top, where I could cycle down when I was totally wet a
cold.
That 15 km to the first village ( Uraman Takht ) killed me.
I went to a restaurant called Kurdia Cafe to warm up a bit. he offered me to stay there overnight, but I was really tired and needed deep sleep and rest.
I took a room in a stone hotel for a night, but lots of snow overnight ( 80 cm ), didnt let me move next morning.
I stayed another night but Mahmood from Kurdia restaurant offered me to have my dinner and lunch there for free which was really knd of him.
After 2 nights, road was open and I cycled to my next stop called Paveh.
Luckily after Uraman Takht when I descended, snow was gone and it got a bit warmer.
Also my friend from Paveh came to pick my bags and I could really enjoy cycling with no bags till evening.
I stayed over night in Paveh and next morning I began to cycle toward Kermanshah.
