Planting tree in Den Haag

When I was in Iran just a week before departure I received 2 guests from Netherlands who I met the a year before in Azerbaijan.
Fatma Bulaz and her brother.  She already knew about my project because we had done it in Azerbaijan where she was working as a volunteer.
She managed 2 schools here in Den Haag for tree planting.
First we went to visit Our World School ( Onze Wereld in Dautch ). Narin who was the teacher kindly managed everything and we had a wonderful workshop.
There was a Power Point to present and some discussion about trees which kids loved it ( I hope so !).
At last we planted a tree all together.  An apple tree which was donated by the principle of school.
I should also be grateful for Fatma Aktas who came as a member of UPF ( universal peace federation ) to join our workshop.

After we finished the first school we went to visit another school in Fatma’s neighborhood. The school she used to go to study while she was in primary school called De Springbok School which is located in a multi cultural area. So of course there were kids from different nationalities in our workshop.
the kids in second school were bigger and we could also discuss a bit about traveling as well as they could think widely in compare to the first ones.
Also after our lovely talk we planted a pine tree in their small yard.

many thanks to Fatma for all her help

Last Update About Me

After that hard challenge I did to cycle from Antofagasta to Iquique which was a strech of 418 km, I was totally drained, even though I didnt complete it and I just cycled like 350 km but 2600 m of climb. That much climb in 36 hours cycling with little rest was so hard with my 65 kg bicycle.
Then I took a car all the way to Santiago and now I am here waiting for my appointment in Brasil embassy. Then I am hoping to be able to finance my journey to go back to Iran to visit my mom. It has been more than 13 months that I am outside and it is time to return home for a visit, to have my vacation.
