This journey has started with 500$ donation from Margareta Ferroni and Louis Bukhod from Switzerland in Dec of 2006 and it has been continued by public donation.

After Retiro, I went to Barichara where I was planning to meet an Iranian friend who came to visit Colombia. Mehrdad also brought my tiers with him. So, no longer I am worried about my worn out tiers.
After few days with Mehrdad and other friends I came to Cartagena by bus to visit Hamid, an iranian friend who lives in the US and is a professional traveler.
I will stay with him few days before I go back to my bike to continue my journey southward.
