Cycling from Aachen to Saverne

On my second day of cycling from Brussels to Aachen and just after 100 km, I was quite tired and I called Moses to come and pick me for even the last 10 km.
I stayed in Aachen 3 days and Moses drove me to Metriz near Luxemburg city where I was supposed to meet Monique and Jerard.
I am planning the way I can do either cycling or going to gym at least 4 or 5 times a week to keep my strength.
While I was in Aachen, I offered Moses to cook some Iranian food for him and luckily it was exactly on his birthday. So, I was really happy to have something to offer him.
In Metriz, I stayed 2 days with Monique and Jerard, so there w

Monique who I met and stayed with.

as a great chance to visit Luxambourg city as wel which was in fact my 54th country which I have already visited.

With Jerard, I went through the city to explore a bit of that rich country.
After that I began to cycle southward through the forest in France. First I cycled to Bitche, a very lovely little town with its beautiful fortress.
I was really tired and I stayed in a hotel up there and the next day I cycled only 45 km. I found a very nice place to pitch my tent and stayed a night.
The weather is just great and I am really enjoying this nice, warm weather.
yesterday I arrived to Saverne and tomorrow ill cycle again toward

Moses, an old friend whom always is just great to mee.

Geneva.

After Retiro, I went to Barichara where I was planning to meet an Iranian friend who came to visit Colombia. Mehrdad also brought my tiers with him. So, no longer I am worried about my worn out tiers.
After few days with Mehrdad and other friends I came to Cartagena by bus to visit Hamid, an iranian friend who lives in the US and is a professional traveler.
I will stay with him few days before I go back to my bike to continue my journey southward.
